QUOTING
Before we begin any work on any concrete surface, we perform a Concrete Moisture Content test to reveal the moisture content of the concrete.
If the moisture content exceeds a certain threshold, adjustments may need to be made to the projects dynamic to ensure longevity.
We ask of you to help us to move any and all debris on the jobsite so we can do our best to ensure an excellent floor coating

PREPARATION
Once we enter the job site, we begin by profiling the surface and removing any contaminants within the concrete . This would be done with a planetary diamond grinding blade, attached to our industrial grade vacuum to ensure 99% of dust is removed throughout the process.

PREPARATION PT.2
Repairing any existing cracks or divots using an epoxy based crack filler.

VERTICAL COATING
To achieve a consistent look the vertical surfaces (stem-walls, stairs or steps) will be rolled first separate from the floor.

BASECOAT APPLICATION
Mixing and applying our 100% solid, two components epoxy base-coat.

BROADCASTING
After the base coat is applied the crew will heavily broadcast the flakes for consistent 100% coverage.

SCRAPING AND VACUUMING
When the base coat is completely cured, the floor will be smoothened out by scraping to knock down any standing flakes. Then excess flakes will be vacuumed.

TOP COAT APPLICATION
Mixing and applying our two part polyaspartic top coat, that is ideal for a garage setting, and is UV Stable.
